I just experienced the rudest customer service at this location in the drive through. I typically encounter very nice, polite, welcoming individuals. And when I come inside, the sweetest gentleman, with glasses, always helps me. He’s been at this location for 2 years. I don’t typically come through the drive through, this was like my 3rd time. I was in a hurry so I didn’t come in. When I pulled up, the gentleman at the window who I had never seen before today, said, “do you have a number?” No hello, hi, how are you. He was so monotoned and flat. It was a young Asian guy. I asked for them to put the Splenda in my drink for me since I’m driving, last time they didn’t and I got the Splenda ALL OVER my car. First time trying this place. Glad I did, I was shocked that they had so many flavors of tea. And all the ones I tried did not disappoint at all. If you like tea you definitely need to get HteaO.

Friendly staff, sometimes they take a minute to get to the register, but they’re usually busy so not a problem. Great drink drinks, great ice, and water as well. I am most certainly a repeat customer and will continue to do my business there for the perceivable future.

Went for the first time today after seeing it online and passing by several locations. I would definitely come back love the several varieties of sweet teas. I like that you can sample teas so you know you'll like it. I definitely recommend it here. Only thing is that the restrooms could be cleaner for what a nice place it is.
